Being in a dream with the lion king.

From all the good movies I have seen in my life, I can tell there are two that I really love. They are movies made for children, but I think they leave a messagge that can be used also by grown up people. Those two movies are Alice in Wonderland and The Lion King.

The first of them, Alice in Wonderland, maybe is too oniric for some people, but for me is perfect. Everything happens in a dream, but it teaches us to see things from another place. It makes the viewers use their imagination, and I really love imagining things, so everytime I see this movie I imagine different things; it is never the same.

The second movie, The Lion King, is the most emotional movie I've ever seen (with Titanic). The part when Mufasa, Simba's father, dies, is one of the few scenes that always make me cry (the other one is when Jack dies beside Rose, in Titanic hahaha). But is not only the emotional part that I like in this movie, but also is because all the time, the main characters are telling you to enjoy your life (hakunna matata) and fight for the things that you consider correct, like when Simba comes back to his kingdom to fight Scar and return to be the king of the jungle.

I think those are the two principles that I use in almost everything I do: First, I try to enjoy everything, even if at first seems to be unpleasant, there is always a way to make it comfortably or at least a learning situation. And second, fight for the things that I consider correct, always. And, if I can do those things using my imagination, is almost the perfect situation.-

Favorite Band

I think that I have a very versatile taste in music stuff. For example, I love pop music, like Madonna or Michael Jackson, but I also can listen metal bands like Metallica, or grunge bands like Alice In Chains. I really can tell that I like almost all types of music, even country music.

But there is one band that makes me crazy. This band puts together all the things that I appreciate in music, like the sounds, the rhythm, the lyrics, the mesagge that is in the back of the songs. That band is Radiohead.

Radiohead is a British band formed by five guys, who plays alternative rock since 1985. Their first single was a very famous song called "Creep", from their first album Pablo Honey. Since then, they only have launched out good records, being their last one The King Of Limbs, from 2009.

They came to Chile in March of 2009, making me the happiest girl in the world. I went to see them at the first concert (because they made two concerts), and I remember that day as the greatest moment ever. Sometimes I felt happines, with other songs I felt sadness, because they have a lot of depresive songs. But all the time I was thinking "I can't belive they are actually playing so near, that I could listen to them in a live concert". It was like a dream.

Actually, until today I think that was the most exciting day of my life, because I felt almost every feeling that exist. I hope they come to Chile again, so I could have that mix of feelings again.
